Michi's Baby Shower

Michi wanted to host her Baby Shower at her beautiful home with family and friends. Despite a few rain drops, everyone was able to enjoy a great celebration for baby George's soon to come arrival. We had a wonderful time planning this event! Thanks Michi for allowing us to be part of such beautiful day :) Here are some pics.. enjoy!

Beautiful Mommy-to-be, Michelle Amezaga, contacted us to plan her Baby Shower, which will take place by the end of this month! So as we are working on the final details for the shower, here is a quick update:

Theme: Baby Blues

Ok.. so it has been a while since we have connected...
But with the new year, come new resolutions and one of them is to increment our Client number and showcase more what we do! so in the next couple of blogs we will wrap up 2009 and tell you how things are going in 2010!

Dani's Wedding Planning: THE CENTERPIECES!

So.. Dani started her wedding with beige and orange/bronze colors... to the point that the Flower Girl and Ring bearer outfits had already been accostumed to these. But then as time passed we began realizing that the location of the church and the venue really allowed for something more summery (if there is such a word!) and beachy.. so we went from beige and orange to turqouise, blue, baby blue etc! FUN FUN FUN
after looking for sea shells, stars, etc etc, Dani founf the perfect ones on the internet and bought them! last thursday the CENTERPIECES were created! between 6crazy girls (dani, dani's mom and three sisters, and myself) they happended! we are sooo very proud of our centerpieces because truly it was every ones imagination incorporated! and to give it a final touch, small cute crabs will put placed iunside the vases for a LIVE decoration! (of course these will be returned to the beach after the reception)

Dani's Wedding Planning: THE LIST!

It is always very important, when planning, that you put it in writing... specially because you get sooo very busy with everyday stuff that tend to forget things that later on may become crucial for any event you are putting together. So Dani and I did juts that... thought of her wedding, the locationm number of people, etc and put together a list: since Dani and I speak mostly spanish here it goes (in spanish of course!):

Iglesia:

1. Decoraciones: arreglos florales y down the isle decorations
2. Almohadita para anillos
3. Canastita con petalos
4. Programa de la misa
5. Fotos de Uds
6. Ramo de novia
7. Ramo de corte
8. Butoneer de novio y best man y etc

Recepcion:

1. Centros de mesa: flores, velas, vases, petalos, etc
2. Numeros de mesa
3. Arreglo para mesa de novios
4. Regalitos para invitados (favors)
5. MenuPrograma de la recepcion
6. Liga y Ramo
7. Decoraciones para mesa de firmas
8. Libro para firmar
9. Si se van a sentar con asientos pre-asignados tienes que decirles por medio de seating cards o un seating chart
10. Fotos para usar como decoracion
11. Copas de novios
12. Plateria para cortar cake
13. CakeDecoraciones de mesa de cake
14. Si hay balcon piensa en decoraciones para ahi tb...

DIOS!!!! we had so much to plan!!! so little time!! So far, we have accomplished many many of these items! but they have come out so cute that are totally worth having their own post :)

Good thing though Dani had already chosen church, venue, photographer, videographer, cake company and more!
